Better in meetings
Stopped worrying about my shirt during meetings. That alone is worth it
Straight from the people who wear Feelright.
Stopped worrying about my shirt during meetings. That alone is worth it
My light blue work shirts are back in rotation!
Helps with the marks. Barely notice the added layer.
Less checking my armpits at work. simple as that
I wear a white button down most days and used to keep my arms close to my sides to cover up. Not really thinking about that now which is nice.
Honestly thought it might be another gimmick. Wore it to the office yesterday and my shirt looked a lot better by knock off time. Pretty happy with it!
I mainly use it on days I have clients coming in. Nothing fancy to say, going to get more.
Works well under my regular office shirts but I can make out the lines a little under a fitted one. Still using it, just being selective about what I wear over it.
I had a presentation at work last week and normally I would wear a dark shirt even when everyone else is in light colours. Tried this with a pale grey shirt. I still got sweaty before speaking, but the outside of my shirt looked fine afterwards. That was really all I wanted. Not some miracle cure, just one less thing to think about.
My commute is the annoying part. I arrive warm and then spend the first hour wondering if it shows on my shirt. I tried the Feelright undershirt under a normal button up and felt much less self conscious when I got to the office. It does not stop me getting hot, obviously, but it helps with how my clothes look. I would rather have that than keep carrying spare shirts.
The protection is useful and I have worn it a few times now. I would not describe it as completely unnoticeable though. Under a thicker business shirt it is fine, under one of my thinner summer shirts I could see a little outline near the sleeves. I still consider it a good purchase for work. Just worth thinking about what you intend to wear over it.
I work in an office where you end up moving between meeting rooms all day. One room is freezing and the next feels like a greenhouse. For ages I just kept my jacket on because once my armpits showed on a shirt, that was it for the day.
I ordered one of these mainly to see whether it would help with that situation. First wear I was still sweating, and I could feel it, so I wasnt expecting much. But when I checked my dress shirt at lunch there were no obvious patches under the arms.
The difference for me is not having to think about whether I can take my jacket off. I have only used it a handful of times so I cannot speak to how it holds up long term, but first impressions are very good.
I run training sessions at work and am often standing at the front with a marker or pointing at a screen. There is nowhere to hide your underarms in that situation.
I am not someone who sweats constantly, it is more when the room gets warm and I am moving about. I bought one undershirt as a trial rather than a pack.
Used it for two sessions so far and the outer shirt has stayed looking presentable both times. The shirt underneath does get damp, which is something to be aware of, but I would rather deal with that than visible marks on my business shirt.
It is a simple thing, but it has been useful for the days when I need to look tidy in front of a group.
Better than doubling up
My regular cotton tee wasnt cutting it. This helps
Too tight around my shoulders to wear every day.
I was already wearing an undershirt but sweat still came through on my work polo. This is a noticeable improvement for me. Might pick up another one next payday.
Had been wearing cheap white tees under everything for years thinking that would sort it. It didnt. Tried one of these and my top shirt is looking way better by the afternoon
Better than a plain cotton vest for keeping the outer shirt looking tidy. It is also an extra layer, so I feel a bit warmer after a full day. Pros and cons.
I have worn undershirts under dress shirts for as long as I can remember. They are useful for comfort but they never did much for the underarm patches.
This does a much better job. I have used it at work and out to dinner and both times there was a clear difference on the shirt I had over it.
I thought this would just be another undershirt with a higher price tag. My old ones would be wet after a couple of hours and so would the shirt on top.
With this one the inside still feels damp but the outer shirt has been much better.
I like that I can wear my normal shirts again rather than choosing the same black one all week.
There is definitely less showing through than with my normal undershirts.
The comparison to what I was wearing before is favourable. Fit is comfortable with my regular shirts and with a polo.
For years I have worn a plain white undershirt with my good shirts. My thinking was that a second layer had to be better than nothing.
The trouble was that by lunch both layers were often damp at the underarms, particularly when I was out visiting customers.
I bought a Feelright to compare it with what I already owned. The first morning it felt a little different under the arms, although I stopped noticing it once I was busy.
By the end of the day the dress shirt on top was in noticeably better shape than usual. That is the result I was after.
Wore a grey shirt out. Haven’t been able to for the longest time.
Wish these existed when I was in my twenties
The undershirt itself is good but it did take a little longer then I would have liked to arrive.
It doesnt stop me sweating and I never expected that. What matters is I can wear something other than black when I go out. Big difference for me.
I used to pick clothes based on what would hide the marks. Now I start with what I actually want to wear. Sounds small but if you have dealt with this for years youll get it
I have had this problem since my teenage years. The shirt helps with underarm marks but on a hot day I find the extra layer a little toasty. I’ll take it over sweat marks…
I normally choose navy or black because lighter colours make every little sweat mark obvious. Tried this under a green shirt at a mate’s birthday and it worked better than I expected.
I did check myself in the bathroom halfway through because old habits die hard. No obvious underarm patches then or when I got home.
It felt strange being able to just get on with the evening. Really glad I gave it a go!
I have always been a heavy sweater, even when I am not doing much. Just to be clear I still feel sweaty wearing this.
On the plus side it is doing a much better job of keeping marks off my outer shirts. If your main issue is how your clothes look, I can see the benefit.
If you are expecting to feel bone dry underneath, this is probably not that sort of product.
I normally take a spare shirt when I know I will be out all afternoon. Had a family lunch and decided to try the undershirt instead.
I packed the spare anyway, to be safe. Never ended up needing it.
It was nice not disappearing into the bathroom for a change. Only tried it a few times, but this was the test that mattered to me.
I have been buying dark shirts for years, not because I especially like them but because they hide sweat better.
I did not think an undershirt would change much. On the first wear I noticed the area under my arms was different to an ordinary tee, but after a while I forgot about it.
I wore a light-coloured polo to a family get together and there was not a drop on it by the time I got home.
I am simply pleased that I can put on a shirt I like without immediately worrying about the patches. Will probably get one or two more if the first one continues to hold up.
I have been sweating through shirts since I was about seventeen. There were a few years when I stopped buying anything in grey, light blue or certain shades of green because I knew what they would look like after half an hour in a warm room.
I kept a spare shirt at work for ages. Eventually it becomes part of your routine and you don’t think much about it.
I was sceptical of an undershirt making much difference because normal cotton ones just got soaked and then the shirt over them got wet too.
I bought one to try on an ordinary day rather than at a big event. I could feel moisture under my arms by mid afternoon, which made me think it had failed. When I looked at the outside of my shirt there were barely any obvious marks. So in that respect it did what I was hoping for.
The reason I have not given up every other option is comfort. In really hot weather I still prefer fewer layers.
I would not call it a cure for sweating. It simply makes one part of dealing with it easier.
Less worried about ruining my favourite dress shirts
Bought it to protect my shirts and its been great for me
Bit expensive for an undershirt but I see the point and I must admit it does the job
I have a few shirts I really like and hate seeing marks build up under the arms. I wear this with those rather than every day. Seems a sensible extra bit of protection
I dont sweat a huge amount. My problem is that the underarms of my nice shirts eventually look terrible. This is a practical way of putting another layer between me and those shirts.
I spend too much on shirts to be scrubbing the pits after every wear. One of these under a dress shirt makes sense to me.
I wanted something I could wear under a very fine cotton shirt but the outline was more noticeable than I liked. Perhaps better with thicker clothes.
My reason for trying this was the yellowish marks that seem to appear on shirts long before the fabric wears out.
I have two expensive work shirts that I really want to keep in good condition. Wearing a protective undershirt under them seems like common sense.
I’ve only had this one a short while and I can honestly say I am no concerned about ruining them anymore.
Have not noticed any damage to my outer shirts since wearing these daily!
I am fairly particular about my shirts. I do not have a huge wardrobe but the ones I own are good quality and I look after them.
Underarm marks have always been the annoying part, especially on lighter colours.
I came across this type of undershirt while looking for ways to get more wear out of what I already own. I bought one first to see if the added layer would bother me.
Under a normal business shirt it is comfortable enough and I like having that layer between my skin and the shirt I want to protect.
It is early days, so I am not going to make claims about how many years it will add to a shirt. For now it has fitted nicely into the way I look after my clothes.
Bought one for my son. He asked for another!
My son is in his first year at uni and has been self conscious about the marks on his shirts.
He is pretty fussy about clothes so I was surprised he kept wearing this.
Wasnt sure my husband would be interested in an undershirt... He tried it with his work uniform and told me he felt better wearing that than his normal tee.
That is enough for me.
My 22 year old son works front of house and has been uncomfortable with how his shirts look halfway through a shift.
We talked about a few options and he wanted to try an undershirt.
I ordered one and left him to make up his own mind. He said the outer shirt looked noticeably better after work and has used it a few more times since.
Got this for my son who is 20. He found it useful for the sweat patches on his uniform but said the neckline showed underneath one of his casual shirts (bought the crew neck).
He is still using it for work, so it was not wasted, just not as versatile as he first hoped.
Going to get him a v neck now.
My son mentioned that he was fed up with the underarm marks on his shirts, particularly on days when he had lectures followed by work.
He is an adult and makes his own decisions about what he wears, so I sent him a few options rather than just buying something and hoping for the best.
He picked this one and I paid for it as a small gift.
He tried it under a regular shirt and told me it was helping with the visible marks.
What mattered to me was that he liked wearing it and it did not just sit in the drawer.
He has already asked where to get another, which probably says more than anything!
I bought this mainly because I'm sick of throwing out perfectly good shirts just because the underarms have gone yellow. Some of my work shirts aren't cheap either.
I've tried wearing normal undershirts before but they never really helped much. This one is definitely better at keeping the sweat off my outer shirt which is what I wanted.
My only issue is the fit but I think that is on me and I need to get a bigger size.
